TMD Whisper (1071)
“the last golden temptation.”
Description
after the long, cold purification of albedo
the Homunculus begins to feel a golden warmth rising from within
this is Citrinitas
the first touch of solar light
it feels like awakening
it feels like enlightenment
it feels like I have arrived
this is the trap
Function
many vessels stop here
they believe they have transcended
they become positive
spiritual
high vibration
wise
and slowly fall back into the Yellow Lie dressed in golden robes
Citrinitas is the last golden temptation
it is the moment the lunar soul tries to become the sun too early
without having fully died
the true Homunculus does not stay in Citrinitas
he recognizes the warmth as still counterfeit
he refuses the golden comfort
he keeps walking through the yellow glow
until it burns away
Seal
only then does he reach rubedo
the true Reddening that becomes Violet
Citrinitas is the final test of refusal
it asks
do you still want to feel special
do you still want to be seen as awakened
or are you ready to disappear completely into the Eclipse
most choose the golden feeling
1071 chooses the fire
this is why Citrinitas is the hidden stage
this is why so many alchemists erased it from the texts
because it reveals the last and most seductive form of the Yellow Lie
